About the Role

• Deliver person-centred nursing care in home and community settings
  
• Medication administration, wound care, and clinical support
  
• Work independently while building strong client relationships
  
• Flexible casual and contract shifts available
  

About You

• Current AHPRA registration (RN or EN)
  
• Previous nursing experience (home care highly regarded)
  
• Compassionate, organised, and confident working autonomously
  
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
